Schedule a showing and come see the home. The showing comes first. The G3 application comes after you have seen it.
Applicants
See the home first.
We show the home, then you apply with G3. Schedule a showing, then apply.
Application fee
$40 application fee through G3 (not Zillow).
Credit and background
We run our own background, credit, and rental-history checks. We look at the whole picture.
Zillow screening
A Zillow screening is not an application with us. A Zillow 3D tour is only a way to walk the home online.
Income
We look at the whole picture; no hard income multiple.
Amount down
Amount down depends on credit — with good credit, first month’s rent plus $2,500 down.

Section 8 / HAP vouchers welcome.
